ShotLab TOUR is operated by Oliver Seydlitz, established in the Czech Republic. It is free beta software. There is no company, no support desk and no telephone line; everything below reaches one person.

Privacy, data rights and legal

Use this address to exercise any right described in the Privacy Policy — access, portability, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent — and for anything concerning the Terms of Service.

Send the request from the email address registered with your account, and say which right you are exercising. A response will be provided within one month of receipt, extendable by two further months for a complex request, in which case you will be told within the first month. No fee is charged.

Deleting your account

You do not need to email anyone. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account & data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes the account together with every database row belonging to it.

To remove only what is stored in this browser, leaving the account intact: Settings → Data & Export → Clear all local data.

Security

Report a suspected vulnerability to the address above with "Security" in the subject line. Please do not open a public issue for anything that exposes user data. Testing against other people's accounts is not authorised.

Complaints about data protection

If you are not satisfied with how a data-protection request was handled, you may complain to a supervisory authority. The operator's lead authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz. You may also complain to the authority where you live or work.

Consumer disputes

A consumer who is not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint may apply for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), adr.coi.cz. This is in addition to, and does not replace, the right to go to court.

The application is open source under the MIT Licence: github.com/oliverseydlitz-ai/oliverseydlitz-ai.github.io. Non-sensitive bugs are best reported as a GitHub issue.
